Z Y L O  Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction:

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which ZYLO will process refunds or cancellations for transactions made on its platform.

Transactions Covered:

This policy applies to all transactions made on or through the ZYLO platform, including but not limited to:

​

• Digital asset purchases

• Service fees

• In-app purchases (if applicable)

You must carefully enter and review all order details, including the quantity and our offered price. ZYLO will present you with pricing for your order. If you accept the pricing and proceed with the order, this constitutes your acceptance of the pricing displayed for the Digital Asset for which you submitted the order. If you do not accept the pricing, you may elect and are under no obligation to proceed with submitting the order. You agree and acknowledge that if you are effectuating a bank transfer for the purpose of placing an order, ZYLO shall recalculate the pricing based on the new market price of the Digital Asset for which you have placed an order. You further acknowledge and agree that this may cause a decrease or increase in the market price of your order.

ZYLO is under no obligation to provide refunds to orders which were placed using inaccurate data entered by you. Once you submit your Order, you are bound to the terms of that Order. You may not, and we are not obligated to, cancel, reverse or change any order once it has been submitted.

General Cancellation and Refund Policy:

​

• Non-refundable transactions: ​​ You acknowledge that due to the irreversible nature of Digital Asset transactions, your order can’t be cancelled once it has been processed or completed. You further acknowledge that ZYLO shall not help or refund you if you’ve sent your Virtual Digital Assets to the wrong wallet address, as we don’t have any control over your wallets or any address you send your Digital Assets to.

• Order cancellation before processing: In some cases, users may be able to cancel their order before it is processed by ZYLO. This will typically result in a full refund.

​

• Order cancellation after processing (due to ZYLO error): If ZYLO encounters an error processing the order and cannot deliver the purchased product or service, a full refund will be issued.

Exceptions and Additional Considerations:

​

• Technical Issues: If a user encounters technical difficulties during the purchase process that lead to an unintended purchase, they may be eligible for a refund upon contacting ZYLO and providing evidence of the issue.

​

• Violations of Terms of Use: ZYLO reserves the right to withhold refunds or cancel orders in case of violations of their Terms of Use.

Refund Process:

​

• In the event of a qualifying refund, ZYLO will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

​

• Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment method used, within 7-30 business days

Inability to Complete Order

In the event that ZYLO is not able to complete your order for any reason (such as price movement, market latency, compliance check failure,  inability to find a counterparty for your transaction, or order size), we may refund your order. In the event of an order failure relating to certain compliance check failures, we may have a legal obligation not to refund the order and are under no obligation to disclose the specific reason for our election not to refund the order.

Pending Orders

You acknowledge and agree that your order may be pending for several hours. ZYLO shall not be obligated to issue a refund due to pending orders. Reasons for delays include but are not limited to additional verification checks for compliance purposes, blockchain network congestion or blockchain network-related issues which fall outside the scope of our control.
